Fresh Summer Home Finds for Your Entry
Summer is the perfect time to give your home a few new touches. Whether adding bright and fun patterns or subtle light and breezy tones, it’s always fun to change it up. I found a few perfect pieces and had fun restyling our mudroom and entryway for summer!
Nothing says summer more than blue and white cabana beach towels. Not only are they adorable hanging in our mudroom, but they are great quality and wash up so well. We keep them handy to grab for swimming so they make the perfect functional decor piece.
My favorite print shop, Collection Prints, had the perfect pair of prints for the space. I love the colors in ‘Sunrise by the Sea II’, shown below. I have the partner piece, ‘Sunrise by the Sea I’ on the opposite wall. They are perfect subtle art prints for summer.
This super cute cabinet in our mudroom is from Ikea! It’s a step up from the traditional ikea piece and it fit perfectly in this cubby space. It just so happened to perfectly match the color of our board and batten wall as well! And before you ask… the board and batten color is Pale Oak by Benjamin Moore!
For the entryway, I added some bright palm leaves I grabbed from Amazon! Such a steal. I also found this pretty blanket perfect for summer picnics. I leave it in this basket for easy grab and go when they girls want to lay around in the yard. Finally, I added a blue planter I couldn’t pass up.
No matter your style, it’s always fun to change up your space. Swapping out a few home decor pieces can help you feel in line with the changing of the seasons. I hope my photos and ideas for summer decor help to inspire you in your changes!
